You already know that makeup is my favorite topic — and makeup can be very expensive. Many beauty products bust the budget, but is it possible to find amazing cosmetics for under $20? I am up for the challenge, so let’s begin.
KYLIE COSMETICS LIP GLOSS
Glossy lips are coming back full force. My favorite clear gloss is by Kylie Cosmetics. The high gloss crystal lip gloss is $16 on ulta.com, and a little bit goes a long way. Put it on top of a matte lip shade, or even wear it by itself. My favorite way to wear it is by putting a nude lip liner on first, then the gloss on top.
MORPHE EYESHADOW PALETTE
Of all my eyeshadow palettes, Morphe makes some of my favorites. They are so affordable, and the pigment and quality is outstanding. I love the shimmer shades, and the matte shades blend out so easily. One of the palettes I use the most at home is the 9T neutral territory artistry palette. It sells on ulta.com for only $12! Pair it with the Morphe eye shadow brushes, and you’ll be golden.
PHYSICIANS FORMULA BUTTER BRONZER
This is my favorite — and it smells so good! This bronzer can be found on ulta.com or even at Target, and it’s only $12.99. In the wintertime, it’s essential for me to have bronzer. I love giving myself a warmer summer glow to accentuate all the shadow points on my face. The best part is it lasts forever, and you will love how smoothly it goes on.
NYX MATTE SETTING SPRAY
Sometimes I hate paying for Urban Decay all-nighter setting spray, even though nothing tops it. Nyx has a matte setting spray that is comparable. It’s a small compact bottle that fits in any makeup bag, or even in your purse, for on-the-go use. This spray is vegan, long lasting and available at Ulta for just $8.50.
There are many more great, inexpensive makeup finds that I would love to talk about, but I hope these four give you a good start to filling your makeup bag with amazing products at an affordable price.
