The concept of Uncle Joe’s Pizza and Wings, according to owner Susan Diamond, was to provide good food in an atmosphere where diners just feel comfortable — no matter what.

“Honey hot is not a dish,” Diamond says. “It’s a way of life.”
Honey hot is the most popular wing sauce, and chicken bacon ranch pizza is the most popular pie, in which honey hot is a key ingredient.
“And folks absolutely love our honey hot fries,” Diamond says.
DELICIOUS NEW ADDITIONS: Uncle Joe’s opened in 2007, and after serving the Diamondhead area for 15 years, Diamond is pleased to announce that a second location will be opening this summer in Old Town Bay St Louis’s Depot District.
