On those days when you don’t have time to whip up something for your family or because of health reasons the drive-thru isn’t the best source of nutrition, check out these meals-to-go options.

How it works: Freezer and cooler is stocked daily with a variety of items from casseroles to stuffed meats to sides items and more. Customers can pick up items to serve at any time, or at no charge, they can call ahead and request a casserole be heated for a hot-and-ready meal they can pick up on the way home. Salad and biscuits can be added for an additional charge.

How it works: A new menu is written every week based on the Zone Diet, which is a balance of fats, carbs and protein in small portions eaten throughout the day (everything prepared is sugar free). Customers pick up fresh meals twice a week every Tuesday and Friday between 3-5 p.m. (breakfast, lunch, dinner, two snacks and desserts for every three days). Storefront also is stocked with healthy grab-and-go options including meals, snacks and bakery items. For those not able to make it to Bay St. Louis to pick up meals, various items are available at Coast Health and Nutrition in Gulfport.
