Margaret “Maggie” Mosher was born and raised in the heart of Biloxi. She graduated from Ocean Springs High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering. After completing her studies, Mosher began her career as a process engineer at the Chevron Pascagoula Refinery, where she has served for over 11 years and now holds the position of process engineering supervisor.
Mosher’s Irish heritage runs deep, tracing back to her great-grandmother, Florence Walshe Hoffman, who immigrated from Roscahill, County Galway, in the early 20th century. Her grandmother, Connie Tisdale, later settled in Biloxi and became one of the founding members of the Hibernia Marching Society.
The new colleen has been a dedicated and enthusiastic Hibernia member for the past two years. She also serves on the leadership team for the Chevron Pascagoula Women’s Employee Network and is a lifelong member of the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Biloxi. Recently married to Mark Mosher, she remains an active and vibrant part of the Hibernia Irish Society.
