When Matt and Lesley Touart of Waveland bought Portside Café in February, they wanted the perfect location for a restaurant where the entire family could enjoy good, quality food in a safe and relaxing environment.
“This building is perfect, with a lower and upper deck with music and beach views for outside entertainment,” Lesley says.
Lesley notes that the Portside team goes above and beyond to welcome customers with friendly faces and fast service. She adds that the family friendly, fun and clean environment is perfect for breakfast, lunch or a sweet treat from Portside’s Blue Bell Ice Cream options.

“Served on a toasted sourdough bun with freshly cut veggies, our cheeseburger is a family favorite and has been a big hit with our customers,” she says. “However, we have a variety of menu items that anyone would enjoy.”
