Try the Mistletoe Margarita created by Meghan Lind, training and events coordinator with Gulf Coast Restaurant Group, which includes The Rackhouse Steaks & Spirits in Gulfport.
“Our Mistletoe Margarita blends Cabo Wabo tequila, Cointreau, cranberry juice and rosemary simple syrup to create a fresh, festive twist on a classic,” says Lauren Pitts, marketing director with Gulf Coast Restaurant Group. “This cocktail delivers a refreshing, seasonal twist that’s as beautiful as it is delicious, garnished with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.”
With its bright colors and flavors, Pitts says, it’s the perfect holiday cocktail for toasting the season and a guaranteed hit at holiday gatherings.
“It’s sure to spread cheer and add a touch of elegance to any celebration,” she says.
MISTLETOE MARGARITA
- 1.5 ounces Cabo Wabo Tequila
- .5 ounces Cointreau
- .5 ounces Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1.5 ounces cranberry juice
- 1.5 ounces rita mix
Shake and strain over fresh ice, and line the rim of the glass with sugar. Garnish with three to four cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
